Join us for an exclusive four-course dinner that takes you on a luxurious culinary journey around the world, showcasing diverse flavors from various cultures. Chef Josh and his team will deliver an unforgettable dining experience for you and your guest/s, complete with expertly paired with fine cocktails to complement the dish!


Menu:

1st Course

Asia - Hamachi Crudo: Yellowtail Jack, Lemongrass coconut milk, yuzu pickled pear, toasted sesame seed, micro cilantro, micro mint, fleur de sel, chili crunch

2nd Course

South America - Duck Confit Coxinha: Confit duck leg, Yukon gold potato dough, potato espuma, potato gaufrettes, pink peppercorn aioli  

3rd Course

Europe - Beef Bourguignon: Red Wine Braised beef, Confit pearl onions, Foraged mushrooms, Carrots, Pappardelle pasta, shaved grana Padano, Micro Basil

4th Course

Australia - Lamington Cake: Butter cake, Aussie-chocolate, Coconut, Candied Kiwi
