2025 Pinery Ladies Member/Guest “The GEM”

DATE: JUNE 26-28

OPEN TO ADULT FEMALE GOLF MEMBERS who have an established USGA Handicap. Member’s Guest must also have an established USGA Handicap. To view a list of Allied Golf Associations click here

The max stroke differential between the member and their guest is 10 strokes and the max player handicap is 40.0. Players whose handicap is higher will be adjusted accordingly.

THEME: “Life’s a Beach – A Hawaiian PAR-TEE” - We highly encourage teams to bring decorations for their carts and to dress in their best “Beachy” attire!

FORMAT: Three days of Fun and Golf. Flighted 36-hole event, Four - 9 Hole Rounds with a variety of formats, and a par three contest, Modified Stableford Scoring System for all rounds.  There will be an optional $40/Team cash buy in (covers both days of competition) for Day Money and Skins.

COST: $700 per team (all inclusive!) The Entry Fee will be billed to the Member’s account on June 19th (unless otherwise approved by Mike Fengler).

 Registration will be through the google form below. There will be NO in person/call in registrations accepted. Registration closes Wednesday, April 30th.

 Timeline of Events:

DAY 1 - Thursday, June 26

  • Optional Practice Round, Guest Fee included. Book your own tee time. Other days are available if needed (Contact the Pro Shop, 303-841-2850).
  • 4:00-5:00pm – Registration. Lockers will be available for use, and golf clubs can be delivered to the club and stored throughout the tournament.
  • 5:30pm - Optional Par 3 Scotch on Mountain Course.
  • ~7:00pm - Welcome Party held in the Tent.

 DAY 2 - Friday, June 27

  • 7:00-8:15am – Continental Breakfast held in the Tent.
  • 8:15am - Announcements and Putting Contest.                   
  • 8:30am Shotgun - Round 1 and Round 2 (played continuously).
  • ~1:30pm - Box lunches available in the Tent.
  • Following the round fun games and appetizers.

 DAY 3 - Saturday, June 28

  • 7:00-8:15am – Continental Breakfast held in the Tent.
  • 8:15am - Announcements and Putting Contest.                   
  • 8:30am Shotgun - Round 1 and Round 2 (played continuously).
  • ~2:00 – Final Luncheon and Awards held in the Tent.
