8am 1-17-25 Senior Fitness for 2025-01-17

Come to a designed class for 65+ to develop better balance, and strength to a more functional moving body. We will be using the support of a chair to help with balance and full body coordination exercises. Movement is Medicine-So lets get MOVING!!!
