Yoga Class Description
Level: Beginner - Intermediate
Duration: 60 minutes
Description:
This is a positive and nurturing yoga class where I will guide you through a series of physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation techniques designed to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and overall well-being.

Increased flexibility and range of motion, Improved strength and endurance, Reduced stress and anxiety, Enhanced balance and coordination, and Deepened body awareness and mindfulness.
What to Expect:
- Pranayama exercises to focus the breath and calm the mind
- A warm-up and stretching to prepare the body for movement
- A sequence of asanas that may include standing, seated, and inversions with options for everyone
- We close with a relaxing meditation
- Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat (we do have extras if needed)
